
Dr Ruth Bridgstock is chief investigator on the Creating Innovators project. She is Vice Chancellor's Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Queensland University of Technology in Australia. Prior to this, she was Postdoctoral Fellow at Norwich Business School at the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom. Ruth is affiliated with the Creative Workforce Program within the ARC Centre of Excellence in Creative Industries and Innovation, and also the Institute of Creative Industries and Innovation at QUT.
Ruth's research relates to lifelong individual career and organisational development in the post-compulsory education and business contexts of the 21st century. She is particularly interested in curriculum development and curriculum renewal for graduate employability. Ruth's PhD research took a longitudinal approach to the investigation of individual and contextual predictors of Creative Industries graduate employability and early career success.
